2. Email correspondence
The website has no contact form. Data reaches the controller when you send an email. We may process your name, email, company and message to respond to your request under Article 6(1)(b) or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing data is voluntary, but a reply requires contact details. Correspondence is retained until the matter is resolved and as needed to establish, exercise or defend claims, for no longer than three years after the last contact unless law requires longer.
3. Technical data and recipients
Hosting providers may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser type and requested address for security, diagnostics and service operation. After the relevant consent is given, Google tools launched through Google Tag Manager may also process information about use of the website. Hosting, email, security and technical-service providers may process data as needed to provide their services. CookieYes Limited and Google group entities may also receive data within the scope of the user’s consent. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. The controller does not sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers rely on a mechanism permitted by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
